We met Carol at an open house for a listing of hers down the street from where we were living. We at the time weren't super interest in buying at the time, but we just instantly clicked with Carol. After talking a ton at her open house we saved her info. A couple months ago we started to realize it was time to go from renting to owning and as we started to find listings we hit up Carol. On our very first house tour, it was instantly clear that she was an absolute all star of an agent. She wanted to make sure that her clients were taken care of and not taken advantage of at all. No funny business. We liked one of the first places we liked but it was going to need a ton of work, so she helped us form a firm hard ball offer to counter how much work would be needed. While we waiting for a response on that we ended up finding a listing of a house we immediately loved so much more. That first offer fell through (thankfully) and within a couple of days we had an offer in on this dream house that was over our budget, but Carol encouraged us to at least ask for what we could afford. Wouldn't you know it with her pro skills we got our dream house!!! She was with us through every step of the process even down to our first time getting into the house after the sellers had moved out. I genuinely feel bad for people who don't use Carol because they are missing out. In an industry where so many people are in it just to get their commission, Carol is in it to help you get in a house you love! She is no nonsense and says it like it is! I’m new from the very beginning of this difficult process, working with Carol was going to be a pleasure. Any question that I had, she would have the answer or she would get the answer, and respond ASAP. Had several issues along the way, however, the responsibility of those issues lies with others! Never once did I ever question Carol‘s process. I had complete faith in her and her abilities. Her negotiating skills are off the truck. Carol was great, from start to finish. I lost my mother in 2021 and she had left me behind  a property in Wilmington DE. Carol help me list it and she got it sold as promise. Carol is amazing. I really can’t say anything more than that. Carol worked with me on my very first home purchase and walked me through every step of the process. She made it easy to understand everything from the market and how it was moving, to the bidding and negotiation process, to closing, and continued to check on me after the sale was settled. Carol became a friendly face my kids knew, and became a friend of the family. I have also now worked with Carol on the selling of a home, and she was just as amazing, insightful, knowledgeable, caring, and involved in every step of the process. Carol is an amazing realtor, incredibly knowledgeable, active and involved, and most importantly just a genuinely good person who I always felt I could trust to have my best interests in mind at every step. After talking to Carol about selling my home it took me about 2 months to finally make the decision. She was very patient with me and made the process so easy. My house was sold within a week of being on the market. Carol exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend her.
